What We Collect
When you make a purchase we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. If you contact us directly we retain that correspondence.
How We Use It
We use your information to process and deliver your purchase, respond to inquiries, and send transactional emails related to your order. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Third Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We may use analytics tools to understand site traffic in aggregate. These tools do not identify you personally.
California Residents
If you are a California resident you have the right to request what personal information we hold about you and to request deletion of that information. To exercise these rights contact us at hello@calibrateathletics.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Data Retention
We retain purchase records as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of all other personal data at any time.
