What You Are Buying
These terms govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Calibrate Athletics at calibrateathletics.com. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full. Calibrate Athletics offers two types of products: downloadable training programs delivered as PDF files, and personal consulting services delivered remotely. Each purchase page specifies which type of product applies.
Digital Products
Upon successful payment you will receive access to download your purchased PDF program. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the program for your own training purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the program in any form. Calibrate Athletics retains all intellectual property rights to program content.
Consulting Services
Consulting services are scheduled and delivered remotely via video call or written communication as agreed at time of purchase. Scope, duration, and delivery format will be confirmed in writing before the first session. You are responsible for being available at scheduled times. Missed sessions with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited without refund.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from calibrateathletics.com. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement.
Health Disclaimer
The training programs and consulting services offered by Calibrate Athletics are for general fitness and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. You assume full responsibility for your own health and safety. Consult a physician before beginning any new training program.
Limitation of Liability
Calibrate Athletics is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of purchased programs or participation in consulting services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
