Refund Policy

Digital Programs
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. To request a refund email hello@calibrateathletics.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. No refund requests will be accepted after the 14 day window has closed.
Consulting Services
Unused consulting sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been delivered. Once a consulting session has been delivered that session is non-refundable. If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel after one or more sessions have been delivered, a prorated refund will be issued for undelivered sessions only.
How to Request
Email hello@calibrateathletics.com with your name, order number, and a brief note on why you are requesting a refund. You do not need to return or delete your downloaded files to qualify for a refund on a digital product.
